Hello my name is Maiyun and my goal is to get from 161 down to 135. I just started the firm about 3 weeks ago using it on YouTube and I love it! emoticon I did 37 minutes today. I have to say I love circuit training it can be addictive. emoticon YouTube has some other great circuit videos on there called the daily hiit. If you can do the firm, you can do the daily hiit. emoticon

I am sorry to hear you are a new caregiver. It is your mom or your dad?

Is that your last name on your username? Reason I ask is that is my last name by marriage not everyone has that last night it is usually the other Pierce that everyone tries to spell our name with and we have to say no the other one. emoticon

Hi, I just moved back to the Midwest from the West Coast and looking to jumpstart an exercise routine. I found a Wave on ebay and am excited to try this system. I got good results with the classics years ago but life somehow pushed me off track. I didn't get the workout poster (guess I should have opted for the more expensive kits) so I am not sure that I have the correct posture. If anyone has a workout poster or the rotation calendar I can cross out those excuses. I found sparkpeople looking for the poster and glad to join this team. I am confident that this will help with the extra pounds I have put on due to the stress of being a "new" caregiver.
