I'm an old school firm believer. I have the fanny lifter set. I'm starting back with this set because I know it works. I'm able to tone & do cardio in one workout. Its going to be tough the 1st 5 workouts. Barely walking, chest hurting, the whole nine but it will be temporary & I know that. If I could get the rotation calendar, that would help.
