This is a great place for encouragement and for tracking your calories, weight, etc. As for the tracking the calories, there is a Fitness Tracker on this website and it gives you a general idea of how many calories you're burning based on how many minutes you do the exercise for and the type. I typically use the Circuit Training selection for many of the FIRM workouts. For the Dance type ones, I use the Dance option and for a typical step workout, I will use the step workout option, but feel free to review all the selections SP has to offer and choose the most appropriate for the workout you're doing.

recently joined and i love this website!! i look forward to logging in everyday! my goal is to loose 10 pounds and be the healthiest i can at my age. i have been using the firm workouts for 12 years and am excited about the firm believers team! is there a way to calculate calories burned with the firm workouts? if anyone knows please message be back, thanks !!
