to Spark People and the FIRM Believers group, Annette. We have all been in your shoes about loosing focus and giving up. But if this is what you want and you put your mind to it, you can do it! Just set small realistic goals and before you know it, you'll be at your main goal (whatever that is.) This is a great support system and remember that we're all doing this together. Annette! Glad to hear you taking control! If you have trouble staying focused, I'd start using the nutrition tracker to record what, when, and how you eat. That process can be eye-opening and give you a plan to keep you on track. Good luck!

Hi, my name is Annette, 65 an fat!! Kids grown and out of my house soon..I think...anyways. It's time I take control of what I want for a change! My problem always has been I loose focus. Quit easily..too easily. Need support. And to build my own confidence.
