my name is Val, I'm a 36 y.o. SAHM of 2 kids (10 & 7) and pretty new to the Firm workouts (gasp! *lol*) but got totally hooked now! A few days ago I came across snippets of the Firm Express workouts on Hulu and then discovered the full workouts on Dailymotion (except cycle 4, I'm missing cardio and sculpt), so now I'm able to work out to FE as well as with my older Firms and pink ones! (I love them all! LOL)
I've worked out at home to several other workouts (Turbo Jam, Jillian Michaels, Leslie Sansone etc.) since over 10 years now and don't have any weight to lose, but I'd like to firm up some more and improve my stamina, which I'm sure will happen with the Firms!
Looking forward to get to know you all better and motivate each other to work out with the Firm workouts!
