Regardless of how much we "know", until we apply that knowledge it won't help us! Sometimes we need a wake-up call or just wait until it "clicks". Then, consistency and motivation aren't problems, we just have them. Until then, "fake it until you make it!" Don't feel like working out, pretend and work out anyway- chances are, you'll feel better afterwards. You can do it!

The expert on dieting is here. I have lost alot of weight over the years by following almost every diet out there. They all work. But then why am I still more than 50 lbs overweight? It is because diets by themselves are not the answer. I am glad to be here to get support from others who are in the same boat. We all need the support of people around us who can relate and who are also trying hard. My motto: If at first you don't succeed, try try again!
