Here's a link to a YouTube channel of seated workouts and links to SP teams that use chair exercises. Maybe those will be easier on your back until you gain some strength.

I am sorry to hear of your difficulties. Though I have alot of medical issues myself they are not that severe to where I cannot exercise. I wish I could help. Have you tried finding teams on this site with those kinds of issues? There are all sorts of teams and I am sure they can/will answer all your questions. My prayers and thoughts are with you doll.
Hi Everyone-- I would love to hear from someone that can lose weight and not be able to exercise much for I have Lots of Back Pain from a Sciatic nerve problem and Fibromyalgia etc. Lose sleep and cant walk far. I have everything a Doctor can give me. Any help would be wonderful. Joan
