I'm jumping back into the firm after a long time off(with the extra pounds to prove it).
Having a challenge is my biggest motivator, especially when I first got started. One you earn points or have a certain number of workouts to complete by a deadline. My fav was one I did yrs ago on this team called 40/70 are you tough enough...or something like that. You had to complete 40 FIRM wkouts in 70 days. It really kept me motivated through the fall holidays... My hardest time of yr.
