ARFIESMOM- Thanks. That first day wasn't a technique issue. It was that incredible soreness you get when you go from being sedentary to suddenly doing a major workout for over an hour. It was mostly gone by Monday's workout and today I only have that good feeling you get when you are finally starting to build up dormant muscles again. But I appreciate the advice.
Goals: 180 by Early Thanksgiving and 166 by Skiing
I haven't swam in so long, to work out, but we've hit the pool a few times this summer....when I have someone along to help with the kids, I try to get a few laps in...We don't have an actual lap pool where I am now, so it's been tricky trying to swim again! I've thought about going up to the college and seeing if they would allow me to swim laps.
