I just wanted to introduce myself. I am in my 40's and just went through a tough couple of years. Last summer I stopped to weigh myself and YIKES!! Through it all (I knew this even without weighing myself but.....) - my weight has really gotten out of control. Now I've made some changes in my life that make day to day 'healthier' but need to focus on losing some of this weight. I'd like to eventually get down to 150 or even below, but right now that means losing almost 100 pounds. Overwhelming!! But I'm excited to be starting this journey!
