Hey Brenda! Welcome to the team!
I have the same problems you have (minus the meds.) It's hard in this area in the summertime. There's so much to do and most of it revolves around food...

hard to tell. weekends always kill me. too many chances to go to festivals, out to eat with family and friends, etc. every weekend i go in with the intention of sticking with the diet and every weekend it goes south. i also probably do not exercise as much as i should. also, i get bored really easily with food, and lack creativity when it comes to cooking ideas, so then i tend to revert back to old ways. packed lunches for work and breakfasts are especially hard for me. plus, on top of that, my doctor has been messing around with my medication lately, which i am sure is not helping.

Hi Brenda. I'm sorry you are in a rut, but hope you find your way out of it. I joined because my weight loss stalled out on Weight Watchers after the first 50 pounds. I've been sitting at the same weight for 9 months and I have 28 more pounds to lose Frustrating when you hit a rut, isn't it?

From tracking, can you tell what might be contributing to your rut? Mine could be so many things that I am confused at the moment. All I am trying to do, being new here, is to eat the right foods and exercise when I am supposed to. Now I am waiting for the next pound to come off.

I've been on sparks for a few months now. My nutritionist introduced me to it as a way to keep track of what I eat and whatnot. Lately I've been stuck in a bit of a rut, so I'm looking at expanding my network on Sparks to see if it helps get me going in the right direction. I am looking forward to making new connections, and hopefully coming up with ideas to get me going in the right direction again.
