emoticon you just put it in the fitness tracker, but you have to put in your speed. for instance, if you walk 1 mile in 15 mins or 1 mile in 20 mins.

Reply is everyone doing? Well, Im Martha, and I'm doing alright, I really need help and motivation to loose this weight and never ever ever.........find it!!! I have a question, I started again LOL on Monday 12/26, how do i track my 30minute walking i have been doing in the mornings?? Excited for being part of Sparkl , HELP people! and Thanks!!
