AMBROSIASTR1 to Money Savers,
Glad you joined us. Sounds like you are off to a good start. It is so true about what we tell ourselves. I am a firm believer if you keep telling yourself you can't - you won't, yet if you think positive like the little train I think I can, I think I can - I did it!!
Small steady steps add up to lasting change. One small goal at a time.
“Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: ‘What! You, too? Thought I was the only one.’” (C.S. Lewis)

I'm 33 years old and I'm tired of telling myself what I can't do. Like, I can't lose more than 5 pounds or I can't ride my bike because my knees hurt. I can and I'm going to ride my bike with my son and I'm going to lose at least 20 pounds. I love to read and to knit, both of which are sedentary activities but I've joined Audible so I can listen to my books while I exercise. I'm really excited and I've already lost 3 pounds!
