I'm 33 years old and I'm tired of telling myself what I can't do. Like, I can't lose more than 5 pounds or I can't ride my bike because my knees hurt. I can and I'm going to ride my bike with my son and I'm going to lose at least 20 pounds. I love to read and to knit, both of which are sedentary activities but I've joined Audible so I can listen to my books while I exercise. I'm really excited and I've already lost 3 pounds!
