Thanks for asking, He eats well, too well. He enjoys Filet mignon not flank steak,Lamb chops not pork chops, no stews or one pot dishes & only fresh veggies and fruit but only a small variety and not always in season.

Highly recommend savingdinner.com, yes I use it personally. You can buy less than a year's worth, but, an entire, whole year's worth is only $30. CHEAP! Just print the grocery list, strike off what's already in your pantry, and go to the store.
Takes all the struggle out of everything. Provides all nutrition info and ww points, provides meals and sides, recipes, and grocery list. I am 100% satisfied.
