Have you any ideas of diet? That could make or break a budget. I had a lot of problems starting weight watchers core--all meals are made by me-lots of dishes,LOL, and it took me a while to learn how to eat healthy on a budget. What I do now is use an online grocery list and I list out EXACT quantities of what I need:3 bananas(small) 4 small apples, etc.. It IS cheaper to eat fast food but totally bad for the butt, and everything else on my body. And no dishes.LOL I am getting the hang of that too.
Do you have time for sleep? Maybe 3 hrs? LOL. I hope you have the support on SP you need. Karen
