First boxing class of the month this morning. got up at 5:30 am (Yes - that is am) to do it too. I've boxed before (when I was a jockette) but not for a while. It's so hard it's good! Just LOOOVVE hitting that bag - try it you might like it1

feel great, but I know I'll hurt tomorrow. Still, if it hurts, it means ya did something!!

Today I did the Bootcamp Video, Day 1 twice. I also played tennis for 55 minutes with husband and could only eek out 5 minutes on the stationary bike.
That is one of my goals, to get my leg muscles stronger so we can go on family bike rides without embarrassing myself emoticon

I worked out with my trainer for 45 minutes and then did 1 hour walking on the treadmill. No running for me yet - too much weight on these knees!

It was an amazing weather day in DC today. I had a great 3 mile run and got in 60 crunches, 30 push-ups and some leg work.

i did 3 reps of 10 on my bowflex lower body rowing. I also did 3 reps of 10 leg curls and shoulder presses.

CPAL328: Zumba is a latin aerobic dance. It is so much fun. I absolutely love it. Doesn't feel like exercise at all!

I got up early and jogged for 6 miles. I want to one day fly!

Wow! We are getting in some great activity minutes! Yesterday I did 25 minutes on the elliptical and 15 min. on the arc trainer. Today I'm headed for a 60 min. ZUMBA class! Love it!

I did 5 minutes on my elliptical, followed by 30 minutes on my stationary bike. Then I did 25 reps on my Ab Lounge.

(it's really sad that I've had all of this equipment in my house & all it's been good for is a dust catcher for the past couple of months!)

Today was our workout/eating day in the house. Wednesdays my husband and I go to our gym and try to catch a yoga class on top of a regular cardio. So, today I got in 30 minutes on the stationary bike, 45 minutes of yoga, 20 minutes of tai chi, and later in the evening 15 more minutes on the bike, strength training including dips and chin ups (weight assisted of course) and crunches. Im beat! emoticon

Today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer during my lunch hour. When I got home I did some ab exercises (crunches etc) and some physical therapy exercises to help my hip/sciatic pain.

I love the dancing idea. I like to turn my iPod on while I'm cleaning or cooking dinner and try to dance around just a little. I figure every little bit of activity helps!

Playing out side is a great way to exercise!! Now that i am back in ohio, that is just not possible right now.

I did get on my treadmill for about 10 min and I am going to do it again!!

Every little bit counts!!!

I am new and this is my first post. I usually walk the dog 10 minutes a day. He usually gets his exercise running around in the yard with me tossing a ball for him, but walking is better for me.

Heh, you're very welcome. I used to dance with my nieces and nephews for fun, and then I used to keep a low weight. So I'm going to try and get back into that.

Hey, here's a small idea.. When you don't feel like actually working out, just bored, or whatever...

Turn on some music that has a good beat, get up, and dance... Your son could even dance with you. :D

I am in desperate need of some ideas?!?!?!

I usually do a walk away the pounds video but since my 2 year oldson rearanged my videos, I can't seem to find it.

I am trying to commit to doing 10 min of exercise a day. It's not a lot but it sure is hard to get into the habit.

I do have treadmill in the basement, I guess i just need the motivation to et down there and do it!!
