I love these message boards. My main long term goal is to go from 173 to 135 by June 2009. That seems realistic. I've stopped setting weekly weight loss goals, I get to obsessed with my weight and it seems the scale never drops as fast as i want it to and I give up. I'm focusing my goals on:
exercising 40mins/3 days a week.
I like cardio but am not will to do strength training yet. If I keep it up I should be happy with the results. I also plan to join challenges, etc. to stay motivated.
