You didn't plop numbers in as goals: your goals are so REAL!!!! I LOVE IT!!!
Consider going back (oh, stop groaning! lol) to really work through those SP Diet Stages; our worst hurdles are the ingrained habits that are such a long-held, established part of our outlook (on activities, food, etc etc) that we don't even realize to what extent we do them. The Stages may seem a drag - old hat - but the slow methodical approach works wonders when we truly focus on them, not skimming through with our minds churning "oh, I KNOW this". Fact is that if you want to know about weighty issues, the person who knows the most is the one who is the heaviest. I'm here for you; please don't hesitate to contact me.
