When I saw your post I just grinned!!
Know what I loved - beyond the fact that you are recommitting your efforts?
You didn't plop numbers in as goals: your goals are so REAL!!!! I LOVE IT!!!
Consider going back (oh, stop groaning! lol) to really work through those SP Diet Stages; our worst hurdles are the ingrained habits that are such a long-held, established part of our outlook (on activities, food, etc etc) that we don't even realize to what extent we do them. The Stages may seem a drag - old hat - but the slow methodical approach works wonders when we truly focus on them, not skimming through with our minds churning "oh, I KNOW this". Fact is that if you want to know about weighty issues, the person who knows the most is the one who is the heaviest. I'm here for you; please don't hesitate to contact me. Am going to send you a team invite to the 55+ Females team; I recently dropped from the official leader list there, but am active on it and know you'll find solid support!

Hello everyone. I am a 59 year old Christian women. I have been a member for a long time and have gained weight every year. I know I must get started. I love my family more than anything, My grandchildren are my life. I want to be able to enjoy them all of the time. I want to go to their ballgames and be able to climb the bleachers. I want to be able to make it around the entire Zoo. I also want to be able to do the things with my husband that we used to do. I really need a good support group and Spark Friends!!
