I know that feeling of excitement; knowing that we're actually doing something that WORKS and is solid rather than a gimmick.... is wonderful!
The journey may be easier than you think. Why? Because you will not be forcing yourself to eat horrible foods or do wretched exercises. You will create a menu consisting of foods you LIKE and doing activities you ENJOY. If anything? You're giving yourself multiple gifts!
Have you started the SP Diet Stages yet? Not everyone does them... but I do recommend them, because the articles address so many issues.
