Yes, stress is a biggie and I understand well how having two grandchildren with cp (or any other problem) is stressful. Problems affect the entire family, not just the one with the diagnosis.

TAKE YOUR TIME, so that you can stay focused. There is no pressure here: go through things at your own pace, use the site as you want! But... use it. You'll see me write it repeatedly: do the Diet Stages, preferably with care. They can make a huge difference and even help you maintain self-motivation!

hHi everyone!
I start on the 6th of Oct..I already started exercising 1 mile a day last week...It is so hard for me to keep focused, but I am going to try.
I have 4 Grandchildren..Two of them have cerebral palsy. I have alot of stress issues about it..
I was told
" It is not what you eat, but what is eating you!"
I believe it to be both!
I quit smoking so I really should be able to do this...I just happen to love food more now!
I will work really really hard this time..
