Welcome to our class team - it's great to have you here. All the tools on this site ARE fantastic, and I am learning more everyday!
I'm joining this group 5 weeks in. Hope everyone is doing well. I weigh in tomorrow. Monday keeps me honest on the weekend,(little tricks I've learned.) I'm looking short term to lose 12 more pounds before the end of the year. It may not seem like a lot, but it's 7 weeks until Thanksgiving (10 till Christmas.) I'm going on vacation with my family (hubby, 15 yr old son and Shih Tzu) next week and add to the mix my DH birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and a visit from my daughter and her boyfriend. I don't want to be unrealistic. If I do better, then that'll be great.
So far lovin' SP. I love the points and the boards, and the tracking. It's all working for me and the best part is the cost. Love IT.
I'm recently retired 56 yr old female with 2 kids, a girl fully launched working in Chicago as an attorney and a son busy on his career goals as a shredder guitarist still in HS. My husband helps me in my goals. We live in So Cal. near the beach. I've lived most of my life needing to shed pounds and as I enter the best half, I don't want to be burdened with the extra weight and emotional baggage it brings me.
I know not how to aid you Pray without ceasing; not in mere words, but in so living united to God, in your affections and thoughts, that your life shall be one long and continued prayer.
