Hello - I guess the tip that I would share is to focus on eating clean foods - nutritous, natural, not processed. You will need to eat extra protein to add muscle- at least one gram of protein per your body weight. Nutrition is 90% of the equation, exercise is 10%. Keep us posted on your progress!
Hello all! My name is Lauren, and I am 21 years old. I've been weightlifting for a little over a year, but I'm ready to take it to the next level. I'm 4'11", and currently 101lbs. My goal is to reach 110 by April of 2012, so I can give blood!
