Hey all - I'm new to the Xtreme Fitness team. I follow Nancy and Chad around all the time so I figured I'd follow here too :) Seriously, though, I was on other teams for weight and strength training but it seems like there is no participation :( Hoping there is better participation here :)
I don't plan on competing but I want to build some muscle lose a lot of fat... I love using weights, not so much on the cardio thing though.
