Hey all - I'm new to the Xtreme Fitness team. I follow Nancy and Chad around all the time so I figured I'd follow here too :) Seriously, though, I was on other teams for weight and strength training but it seems like there is no participation :( Hoping there is better participation here :)
I don't plan on competing but I want to build some muscle lose a lot of fat... I love using weights, not so much on the cardio thing though.

Hi! I'm new to the team, but not to SP...been on here for a few years now. Lost weight, had a baby and now I'm stuck. I have been exercising for over a year now trying to figure out what I'm doing or what I need to be doing...nothing is working. I have been playing around with my exercises when and how long. And a little bit with my food. Again...nothing. So I need some advise. I am for the most part eating clean. Its hard with 2 kids and I do great while at work...but once I get home its a whole other story, but I do my best. I am usually around the 1500-1700 calorie range for the most part and I'm pretty satisfied all day when I'm at those levels. I dont have much time to go to the gym so I do 99% of my workouts at home. I have a bunch of DVDs that I do. I have Bob Harpers Inside out Method DVDs and a few others that I do to switch things up. I'm trying to add in extra weights as Bob does have a Strength DVD that kicks my butt. I'm just not sure where to go or what to do with my workouts and I'm just plain stuck. I'm tired of looking 3 months preggo when my baby is gonna be 2 in 2 months...Please help!!! Thank you!
