I started out top weight 245 but that was when I actually got on a scale. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia almost 20 years ago. Over the years I've learned that I do so much better when I eat organic foods and I haven't eaten red meat in years I have been gradually working more raw foods, vegetables and fruit into my diet. I avoid drive through resturants like the plague.

Hi my names Barb and I live in the Uk its taken me awhile to introduce myself as I keep forgetting my login details. (Fibro fog)I've had FM for 15yrs but it took about 7yrs to be diagnosed. I have eventually learnt how to manage my condition. I swim at least 3 times aweek anything from 10 to 30 minutes, I pace myself in anything I do by breaking it up into sections. I have a positive attitude towards FM I always repeat I have FM but FM doesnt have me. On bad days I allow myself todo very little on my better days I may do a little more.
