It's the not watching films again and again thing that makes me probably a perfect Netflix customer, or at least my husband. He really will watch films again and again, but only if they come on the air. It kinda ends up being a serendipity thing with him. Oh, look, it's Raising Arizona. I've seen it 80 times, let's watch it the 81st time. But take a new film out of the box? Not unless there's a lot of motivation behind that. Netflix could work as the boxes of films we have are not being watched more than once or twice unless they hit heavy rotation -- only a few hit that.
Yes Netflix has a lot of MST3K episodes, since I don't watch movies again and again its better for me than buying stuff on dvd to see it once and never again. Also they do have some fitness dvds, though I have not really explored that category yet. (we are here to get in shape, even if we do love to watch TV) I don't get cable tv where I live and the netflix subscription is WAY cheaper than satelite (cable tv seasons come out on dvd, and I have an instant player for netflix and amazon video on demand)
there is an MST3K team. why did I not look for this sooner. I have been getting some of the early episodes on my netflix and while I love Kevin Murphy as the voice of servo, the early stuff is the funniest imho.
I wish they would make a box set with all the Gamera movies they have watched together.
