Hi Sudha---I'm Komal---ten years older than you---hence wiser(hopefully)!!!I have some Health Constraints hence need to control my intake.I'd advise you to use the Recipe Calculator on the Spark recipes Site and find out the Nutritional Value of your own Recipes---this is about 90% accurate---some Ingredients need to be substituted---but not bad.Once you've saved your Recipe click on "Add to Meal Plan" below the Calorie Chart on the Recipe page.Click on the Date you want and then add according to Meal---Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner etc.There is a tiny box that says "Add to Favourites" below the Meal tab.Click on it to mark a tick in it---the Recipe will be added to your Favourites in the Nutrition Tracker.You can then add your Recipes this way---and use this daily to track all that you eat and create Menus of your choice from all the Recipes you have saved.I have found that this works for me and of course---Rome wasn't built in a day---so give yourself some time to adjust to the reduction in Calories consumed----by 6-9 months it will become a way of Life to eat healthily!!!Best of Luck for your Success!!!Take Care and God Bless!! emoticonemoticon

Hi! I am 47 year old. I seek to attain my perfect weight of 60 Kgs and would like all the motivation I can get from SP to reach my goal. I do a 1 hour walk everyday around Kachrali Lake near my house, I have not followed the correct eating habits, which seems to go haywire, particularly on a day when I am more aware of the need to follow a healthy diet. Please help,
