Welcome to the Team Ritu, You can do it, three months is a good time to lose 20 lbs losing about 7 lb per month is good goal to have if you follow you program with diciplin. Yes we all are humans and we do have slip ups but with all these things going definetly emoticon and we all are here to celebrate your victories to lend you a ear when anything is not going right and help you out whenever you require us emoticon .

Hi Ritu! Welcome to SP! 20lbs in 3 months is definitely do-able seeing that you can lose up to 10lbs/month in a healthy way...but from experience, it is definitely not easy. Follow SP's numbers for how much you should consume each day, paying close attention to all nutritional requirements (fat/carbs/protein as well) and you should be on your way to reaching your goals. You can lose 1lb for every 3500 calories that you consume/burn. So if you eat 2000 calories a day, aim for 1500 and in 7 days, you should lose 1 lb. Same with exercise...burn 3500 calories a week and you should burn another pound. Good luck!!
