Just started today. Wow, this site is thorough! Hoping that I can figure it all out.
I lost 20 lbs last year (168 to 148) but have gained back to 156 thanks to work schedules and holidays. I pretty much know what I need to do to lose weight. It's just a question of doing it.
My biggest challenge is that we cook Indian food at home about 95% of the time, and figuring out calories for what I cook is rather difficult. It is not natural for me to measure everything that goes into a meal, but I'm getting better at it slowly. Anyone who has tips about how to make it less painful to measure while cooking, please let me know! :)
