Food you can't live without: It used to be bbq pork sandwiches, but I am back to being a vegetarian... so I'm not sure yet! Probably hummus.
Fruits or veggies which you love most: Mangos, most certainly! I can eat them non-stop. As far as veggies go, I have developed quite a love for eggplant. It is far more flexible an ingredient than I used to believe.
Favorite Spark feature: I'm new, so I am still trying to determine that. I like being able to track my food daily, but I am still entering in all of my foods... and I have a LOT of recipes
Five positive things about yourself:
1. I am a good student. When I set my mind to learning a new skill or discipline, I research, talk to experts, and really LISTEN to what they have to tell me.
2. I am an excellent cook.
3. In taking on this fitness journey, I am setting a good example for my son and for mother members of my community.

Which exercise you love most: Tai Chi, so far, although Yoga is pretty darned interesting. (And INTENSE!)
Marital status: Married (with an anniversary in the near future!)
Children: One, but we have three dogs and three cats that we spoil as if they were our children.

Goal wt: 220 (I know that seems high, but I am a very broadly built man, and I stand 6'3". My doctor seems to think that 220 lbs. is a good goal weight if I can get my body fat percentage to be fairly low.)
