I am a 30 year old father of 3 and husband looking to go from 204 lbs to the weight I was 10 years ago, 164 lbs. As recently as 4 years ago I got to 167 from around 200 lbs. My starting weight of 204 lbs is the highest I have ever been.
I broke my foot on June 11th, the night after my 30th birthday. I then gained weight due to not being able to walk. I am now back on my feet but my foot is still healing and not ready for serious exercise yet.
I am currently at 201 lbs today with the goal of 164.
Once I get in the 170's I'll be feeling good and looking pretty good. Getting down into the lower 160's (e.g. skinny) is my goal by Thankgiving weekend. 37 lbs left to go.
