I have faith in you! The good part is that you realized what your defincies are and acknowledging what you need to work on....If you have any questions or just wanna talk, I am here for you!
I turned 30 in July, and I have to admit that I cried. Not so much because of that number, but the fact that I thought I would have had a handle on living healthy long ago. I recently came across a journal entry I wrote just before turning 20, having to do with my weightloss woes at that time in my life, and it made me realize that this is going to be a lifelong battle...but that doesn't mean I should just raise the white flag.
I joined SP in April 2008, then became pregnant with my second child. The little one is now 9 months old and it's time for me to stop making excuses and start living healthier. Starting this week I am rededicating myself to living a healthy life.
