Congrats on your success. I had a horrible nutrition day today. I love working out, but am struggling with my diet.

I'm 46 and have been maintaining a 40lbs weight loss for 2 1/2 years now. I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life! If I can do it, you can do it!!!

Hi I am a 40 year old Mother of two who has never worked out consistently for more than a couple of months my whole life. I am 25 lbs over my ideal weight and have lost a lot of muscle definition over the years. This summer I started working out (walking/running) 5-6 days a week. I love the energy and strength that I have gained from making this apart of my normal life. However I have yet to lose any weight. I know that it is due to my diet. I don't like a lot of healthy foods and I will drink sodas and eat junk food when I am stressed or avoiding work.

I have been walking/running now for 3 1/2 months. I want to keep it up but am quickly getting frustrated with no results of weight lose or slimming down. I am going to add more weights and strength training to my routine and begin to better watch what I eat. I am hoping that this site will give me the tools to watch my diet without becoming to overwhelmed.
