If you are having a bad day, don't worry we will help you, and all you have to remember is you can do this and do it for you...

Take this first week to familiarize yourself with the tools here. Once you get used to using them, it becomes easier to use them even when you are busy. Personally, I spent my first week learning to use the tools, and just tracking everything I was already eating and doing for exercise. It gave me a baseline to work from. It also gave me a chance to really decide what my goals were, and how to get there.
This site can only provide the support and the tools to reach these goals. You need to put the hard work in. Personally, I end up kicking my own butt every day. Feel free to check out my blogs to see how I kick my butt out the door to get my fitness in. I can tell you, once I am finished with my exercise for the day, I feel great. No more I should do this and I should do that. Instead, I feel accomplished, and able to relax and enjoy the rest of my day.

I wish I had good words to say about my self , but I don't..,I can only say that I have no drive or motivation but I desperately want to shed this unwanted weight . I wish I could live a normal healthy life with an average weight. I have completely let my self go .. I have no clue what today's fashions are because " I don't fit in " size wise. I'm afraid of loosing the last piece of self esteem I do have left once I go over 250. I'm 38 years old married to a younger fairly healthy man with two kids 16 year old daughter and 6 year old daughter. I have no life outside of work and my family. I dress like I'm poor because I refuse to spend money on larger size ugly clothing. I want to change my life so badly but I have no drive no way to make me want to change . My husband tells me all the time that he loves me for me no matter my size but I cant love me at this size so its hard me to show him love back. He is starting to get irritated with my negative talk about my self and so am I. I just cant find the nerve to do anything about it. I hope with in 3 months from now I'm introducing my self as a different person . But for now this is me.
