Can you exercise over your lunch hour? Simply walking briskly for 30-40 minutes will help. Drink lots of water, fill up on fresh fruits/veggies and eat protein at every meal to help you feel full. I lost 40 lbs. in three months during a Biggest Loser contest at work. It can be done! Good luck and congratulations! (Please remember you will be a beautiful bride no matter what the scale says. He loves you now so if you do lose, do it for YOU!)

OI! Those hours aren't very easy to work with!! I didn't have 30 to lose, but I was able to drop 10 almost 15 by doing 20 mins cardio in the morning, and 30 mins cardio + a few arms or leg workout in the evening... My calorie intake was low but good, lots of veggies and I ate a lot of fish .... GOOD LUCK!! Keep us posted

I am getting married in May and have 30lbs to lose if that is even possible. I need to start exercising for sure. I work long hours sitting and drive over an hour one way to get there. So 4 days a week I am hit. If I want to exercise in the morning before work I would have to go to bed by 9p to get up by 430a. I leave my house by 530a to get to work by 7a. I wouldnt see my family. If I exercise after work I wouldnt see my family then either because I get home at 7p and my kids go to bed by 9p. There is still dinner in there to make and errands. I need suggestions. I am ready to go to my dr to get an appetite suppressant of some sort. I will not get in a dress on my wedding day with the way I look/feel.
