Welcome, Melissa. You will love this website. It is so educational and helpful. I joined about two months ago and just completed my Spark Page yesterday. I started with what was important to me and my weight loss and have slowly added in the other essentials. This system has so much to offer. Enjoy and good luck.

First, I'm so glad to be here. Just stumbled on this site when I was looking for exercise videos. I am working toward losing weight, during a new and very challenging time for my body. What used to be easy work, has now become a constant struggle. I am a single mom of two, 11 and 12, great kids. Love being a mom and hope that I can work toward loving being in this body again! I have tried several times to take off the weight, but have failed each time. Maybe having this site and fellow supporters, I can make this possible... fingers crossed. Melissa
