Here is what I learned form all my years of trying to diet and not succeeding. When you don't eat after 3-4 hours, your body goes into starvation mode. Your body does not know when food will come next, so it starts storing food. It's an animal instinct that all humans have. So, the more you don't eat, the more fat body will store. When you finally do eat, you will not burn that up, your body will store as much of it as possible. I think SP recommends 3 meals and 2 snacks. That's also the reason crash diets don't work in the long run.
It maybe too late to go back and make a new start, but it's not too late to make a new ending.

Hi, My name is Racheal I am new to sp and my biggest goal is to learn to eat period. I can go for days without eating, so my problem isn't eating food my problem is not eating food. So hopefully I will be able to learn how to eat and lose. Thank you
