I find that when sometimes life gets in the way we need to find our own way to cope. If you are interested in getting in exercise but are worried about the time away from your family, find a form of exercise that they can all participate in. Go play soccer with them, go for a walk, have a family jump rope competition. Tell them that you need help and that the more active they are with you the better it will be. They will love the time with you and you will reap the benefits. Exercise doesn't need to be going to the gym or attending an exercise class. Any extended rigorous activity will do.
Have fun with it...and good luck!
Quality is never an accident, it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.
