I'm a 41 year old mom of two active boys and am beginning my training for my 8th half marathon. I need help staying on track between trainings. I tend to train hard and have a very strict diet then when my race is over I cut my miles in half and my eating habits are horrible! I joined so I can loose these extra pounds I've gained since my last race in October then find a plan to stay on track year round. I am very excited to have found this site and hope it is as wonderful as it sounds!
