Hi everyone! I'm a mom of three - two boys (8 & 6) and a girl (4). They keep me hopping and are serving as my inspiration right now to finally lose the weight that I struggle with!
I'm 5'6" and weigh 175. My goal is 145-150 with 145 being my target but the range being acceptable to me so i'm not obsessing over the numbers.
For about a month now I've been swimming for 40 minutes three days a week. I've definitely noticed a difference in my upper arms/back and the toning there.
My problem is my sweet tooth and my nighttime snacking. I'm going to focus on the nighttime snacking first and I think that will help my sweet tooth to get under control.
