I just restarted too....I had gotten down 35 pounds, and then gained it all back over the last couple of years....well, we can keep on chugging!

hello every one i started sparks a couple years ago was in the middle of getting ready for my wedding so didn't keep on top of it then last year i tried doing it but i ended up on my death bed and not cause of this now that i made it throe that i want to louse more weight and quit smoking when i started i weighed 235 lbs now i am at 190 lbs my goal is to get to 135 lbs i really don't have a set time to get it done i just want to be heather
