I have been struggle with my weight since my 10 year old son was born. I have hypothyroid problems. But after watching food matters, I decided to stop eating dairy and meet. I have lost 20lbs in a little over 5 weeks. I also bought the nutri-bullet to start juicing for one meal a day. I am starting to exercise this week.
