I had a lot of success with Suzanne Somer's Somersize plan, and stuck to protein/ fats/ veggies mostly, except morning Grape Nuts with skim milk. 10-12 lbs per month. I was around 285 at the time though. Pick up one of her books and follow it religiously. It does work. Good luck with your goals, and whichever way you go. Regardless of your weight at the time, I hope you have a beautiful wedding and simply enjoy that fleeting day as much as possible. A big congrats to you!
