Welcome back, Nicole. I am a 36 year old mom to 3 boys (14, 9 and 5) and have been on-again-off-again for 7 years. Today's my anniversary, actually. I just happened to stumble upon that little fact. For the first time, I feel TRULY energized and motivated and confident that I'm gonna get this weight off once and for all.

Welcome back!! They say third time is the charm but sometimes it's the 15th, or 105th. hahaha

Welcome Nicole! My name is Stacey. I am mom to 3 boys, ages 8,7, almost 4. I just started with Spark in Jan and was able to lose 6 lbs last month! More importantly, I feel really good and am going strong! We can do this together! emoticon
