I've been with SP for awhile now, but stalled while still in the healthy range. Now I want to drop just a big more and up my activity level again (I've been slacking!).
I have two darling daughters that keep me on my toes, ages 7 and 6. I want to stay healthy for them, and make sure they don't grow up with some twisted ideal of what healthy is. I have to watch what I say and do in regards to weight, eating, and especially make up.
I am looking for more support as I keep trying to whittle the last bit gone. I have more stress in my life (ok, just different stress) as I am now working full time rather than part time, and I moved up to management (first time for me). Whew!
