Welcome to the team I have picky eaters. I am big on trying new things. So my boys have to at least try it, and I make them try things time and time again. Some things that did not like when I first introduced it, but have changed with time.
I do make sure I have the veggies they like on hand. Lucky fruit is easy, they love all fruit.

Hi! I've been on SparkPeople for a couple of months now, but I'm new to this team. I have a 6 year old kindergartener. I found out today at his yearly doctor's appointment that he is overweight. So now my journey is about him as much as it is about me. Does anybody have any advice on getting a 6 year old to try a few of his vegetables and get a little more physical activity? I'm at the point that I would puree the spinach and sneak it into his food if I have to. I still find it amazing that 6 months ago he loved carrots and broccoli, but since starting school he seemed to have heard that they were toxic!
