Welcome to the team You have a lot on your plate, so my suggestion will be to start slow. Stick to the things you can do and not make yourself crazy. Baby steps are far better then burning out and not taking any steps. Best wishes.
I am so glad to find this team! I've been working hard to establish better health habits for myself and I need help and support doing the same for my 8 year old daughter. I am a single mother who works full-time, trying to start a business, various ministry responsibilities at church and is the "go-to" person for my family. Not to mention, I'm trying to study for a certification exam in my career field. My health and fitness has been on the back-burner for too long. I want to be a better example for my daughter.
