I will be 30 yrs. old on Feb.6th. I decided in November to start changing my diet. I didn't want to turn 30 still hating myself. I have been exercising since May with less than the results I had hoped for. It was time to get smart about what I was eating. I have lost 47 lbs. as of today Feb.3rd. I came across Spark when looking for calorie trackers, so I am just figuring it out. Seems helpful and encouraging, thanks again for the support!
