Well getting started is easy you step away from the table. ha ha! Just kidding. I started off slow with just logging my food in to see how much I was taking in. Then I added exercise a couple weeks later. Then I kept adding things like increase water intake, increase exercise minutes, increase intensity. Next thing you know you are the queen of the treadmill and a few sizes smaller.
