I've tried many diet plans, boot camps, fitness plans, and personal trainers, none of which worked, or at least not permanently. I'm excited about what I see about changing myself from the inside out. . . hopefully that will make the difference this time around. I know another aspect that I haven't really had is the community aspect; even in boot camps, I didn't reach out to others enough to feel part of the community. So, I'm praying this time around I have the strength, accountability, and motivation to lose the weight and KEEP it off!
