to the group and the site. This site has some wonderful tools but can seem a little overwhelming at first. So feel free to ask questions, that's what we're here for. I would highly suggest using the tracking tool. It really does help a lot to be able to see what you are eating. And in some instances, I find that the food choice just isn't worth the energy to track it, so I don't eat it. And join some challenges if you want. I find those very helpful in staying accountable.
Hi! I'm Snoopage and I am just getting started here at SparkPeople. I am going through the first 10 things and gearing up to start tracking beginning Monday the 15th of March. I find that I am nervous, excited and wondering if using this format will assist me in making the lifestyle changes necessary to lose the weight I have put on over the years. I am hopeful and have positive anticipation. In the past I have often had an all or nothing approach and I am really trying to eliminate that form of self -sabotage, as it has gotten me nowhere.
